Developed three dimensional geological model and long range mine plan for Baganuur coal mine using MINEX software in 2004 under World Bank project. Our specialists participated as individual consultants and performed the following: Development of geological model in 3D.
- Revision of long range mine plan.

Life of mine plan was created for major coal deposit in south Gobi region and approved by MRPAM in 2008. Under this accomplishment, our mining engineers developed annual mining plan as short term, and 21 year mining plan as long range mine plan and scheduling. this included: ·
- Development of various mine plans alternatives.
- Establishment of 21-year mine plans, assumptions, economical and financial projections.

A technical and economical study report for major coal deposit in the south gobi in accordance with Mongolian standard in 2007 and the study was approved by Mineral Resource Council in Feb 2008.
In this project we participated as project team. This included:
- Available reserves, quality assessment
- Selection of optimal mining methods and equipment.
- Development of pit design criteria, road network layout, and facilities location.
- Optimization of pit, orientation and sequencing.
- Development of operating cost estimates for multiple alternatives.
- Production levels and targets.
