Mr. D.Bayarsaikhan is mining engineer with a strong analytical and technical background in the mining industry, including exploration, mine development and construction, and operations. He has +15 years experience in the Mining industry both in the Government and Multinational Private companies. He served 13 year on coal mining industry from chief of Engineering Department at Baganuur Coal Mine to Deputy Director of Government Policy department in Ministry of Fuel and Energy, Mongolia. He holds a M.Sc. in Mining from the Science and Technological University of Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia.

Rensten SUNDUI
Position: Consultant and Mining Expert

Mr. R.Sundui is mining engineer with strong technical background. He is a professional mining engineer with 30 years of coal mining experience, with responsibilities in open-pit coal mining and fuel policy department in the Government of Mongolia. In the coal industry he has worked for Baganuur Coal mine in various positions including Mine Manager and Manager of Engineering. He holds a B.Sc. in Mining from Irkutsk Mining University, and a M.Sc. in Mining from the Moscow University of Russia.

Ochir GONCHIGDORJ
Position: Mining Engineer and Deputy Director

Mr. Gonchigdorj is one of founder of AMC, he has strong technical background with Mining Engineering designing. He is a professional mining engineer with 5 years of mining-related planning experience, with responsibilities in open-pit mining. In the mining industry he has worked for Ovoot Tolgoi Coal Mine, in positions of Mine planning engineer. He holds a M.Sc. in Mining from the Science and Technological University of Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia.
